Pixel Armada
A downloadable game
Pixel Armada is my first step into NES game development — a simple space shooter built from the ground up as I learn how these classic games actually work.
Right now, it’s a minimal but playable experience:
- Move your ship left and right
- Fire at incoming enemies
- Survive against a small wave of attackers
That’s it… for now.

⚠️ Notes
- This is an NES-style game, so performance depends on your emulator
- No additional libraries or installations are required beyond the emulator
- Works on Windows, macOS, and Linux via emulator
💾 Optional: Real Hardware
This ROM may be compatible with NES flash cartridges or emulation devices (EverDrive, etc.), but has not been fully tested on all hardware.
If you want, I can also:
- tailor this for Windows-only or Mac-only users
- add controller/gamepad instructions
- or write a more “gamey” version with personality for your page
